WNC provided 5G NR
Wiwynn provided a server (HW) for
ASTRI provided 5G NR standalone
Keysight provided IxLoad P8850S 5G Core emulator, P8800S UeSIM(UE
emulator),
and real test UE Huawei P40 pro with NEMO software
The connection details of the hardware in the lab are in the network topology diagram below.
The purpose of the test is to validate the real UE attach/detach
call flow to the 5G NR core emulator (5GC) for 5 times through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the real UE can ping the
application server connected to 5GC through the WNC
Subsequently, validate the application server connected
to 5GC can ping the real UE through the WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the timing and latency
statistics of ping from real UE to application server connected to 5GC through the WNC
Subsequently, validate the timing and latency statistics of ping from application
server connected to 5GC to real UE through the WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the average throughput rate of
UL and DL UDP traffic through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the average throughput rate of
UL and DL TCP traffic through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the average throughput rate of
UL and DL UDP traffic through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the single UE peak throughput
in DL through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the multiple UE’s throughput
in DL through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the single UE peak throughput
in UL through WNC
The purpose of the test is to validate the multiple UE’s throughput
in UL through WNC
In the tests, WNC
WNC and Wiwynn/ASTRI tests mostly focused on the
end-to-end performance with single UE and multiple UEs. Based on the screenshot from Keysight emulators,
we validated that the measured throughout is the same as the generated traffic for both downlink and
uplink directions.
